Reading White Campervan Pass

If only I could give a big fat ZERO rating!! I was told by ticketmaster to repurchase tickets for the Reading festival Campervan and was told that each person within the vehicle requires a ticket. They failed to explain it was an event ticket and not the van pass. We've been robbed of £200 for van tickets we don't need!! They refuse to issue a refund and they won't give us the option to resell these tickets. Avoid Ticketmaster like your life depends on it! If you're looking to buy tickets, then please seek to purchase them directly from the company. Never from a third party! They will rob you blind!

Extremely disappointed in Ticketmaster's handling on my refund request. Don't accept refunds apparently. Took out insurance who also refuse to pay out so what was the point? When I chased up my refund request, got an automated email saying the event had now passed so can't process anyway. Ridiculous. Need to be more flexible and adaptable to customers circumstances.

Refunds and complaints

I purchased tickets to see Tom Jones in July 2020. Due to Covid, the concert was postponed for a full year. I have now been informed that it has been postponed for a further year! I have tried to find a means of contacting Ticketmaster to request a refund as a two-year postponement is completely unreasonable and the dates next year are completely unsuitable to us. Ticketmaster cannot be contacted to make this request and do not facilitate complaints. Any attempt to make a complaint by email results in an automated response which takes you back to the menu for re-selling you tickets. The phone number advertised has been discontinued. Their complaints policy does not exist and you are led in circles to prevent them from giving you your money back! This surely must be illegal! I will certainly never use Ticketmaster again!

Ticketmaster are the worst company to deal with. They ignore your questions & points raised, They do not look into things. You end up emailing over & over getting nowhere slowly. A simple problem is made worse by them making stuff up then say that's what i said or asked. When it isn't. There s no continuity with so soneone different replies to you each time. Most haven't bothered to read the issue from the start so repeat unhelpful things. It's a chaotic approach rather than have one person take ownership of a problem from start to finish. They would learn more this way & find a level of satisfaction in fully resolving an issue. It makes more sense than being told the same unhelpful thing numerous times.
They refuse to log a complaint, offer any sort of apology let alone take accountability for their systemastic failings.
Requests for refunds are ignored.Their t's & c's permits a refund if an event is rescheduled but despite asking numerous time several agents ignored this.
As a disabled customer i ask them to phone me as spending hours typing saying the same thing leaves me in pain & drained. This is ignored. I am allowed to ask to log a verbal complaint it's a reasonable adjustment under the Equality Act but that too is ignored.
I actually end up thinking it's some kind of sick game customer service play, how many emails can we send without mentioning the problem the customer has. Maybe if we ignore her request for a refund they will go away. Maybe if we don't log a complaint then nobody will know how low our standards actually are.
They are the most time consuming, frustrating rude company to deal with.Their customer service staff do not give a damn about helping you, they will drag the issue out in the hope peopke give up.
iF you can buy your tickets elsewhere.
