My fourteen-year-old Swatch watch was giving me trouble. An amazing Swatch employee (Danke, Chantal) from the Swatch international customer care section went above and beyond to resolve my issue as quickly and effectively as possible, and she did so in the greatest way imaginable. Chantal is deserving of a raise in salary.

I have never before encountered a customer service representative who showed me such effort, courtesy, understanding, and support. Huge congratulations to Swatch and Chantal for everything.

I contacted Swatch because one of the links on my strap had broken and asked if they could send a new link or, in the event that they couldn't, if they could tell me which size replacement strap would fit (I didn't understand that section of their website).

The next thing I knew, I received an email from them informing me that a complimentary replacement strap had been sent and would arrive the following day! The new strap is far nicer than the previous one, and their customer service is amazing. Well done, Swatch!
