I have had a good face-to-face experience with our council for approximately thirty years. They've been patient, kind, and helpful, and they usually take care of my visitation needs very quickly. Arriving worried, I left relieved. They did not provide details on the once-in-a-lifetime event on their website. Our Queen's Jubilee, and I'm really sad that there wasn't more information available about the festivities.

It is truly necessary to come together for this service. Since local councils must approve events and provide licences, among other things, I would expect them to keep us informed about all kinds of goings-on in the region. Many of these are located in public or authority venues. What if schoolchildren were included in their updates? or consumers of mental health services?

When we arrived at the Stoke West Station parking lot, both of the machines were broken, and we couldn't leave. After making one contact with Stoke Council, a kind woman assured me she would assist and make sure the barrier was removed or the machines were fixed by the time I got back. twenty minutes from now.

On my way back to the car, I got a call, and sure enough, as I was leaving, the barrier was removed! Excellent service and very refreshing!
You should be proud of your girl in parking services; she is a true gem!
