I was very concerned after placing my order on November 5th, 23rd, after reading all of the recent reviews. Fortunately, I had no problems at all. On the 8th, I received an email from DPD stating that my order had been shipped, and I could track it using my DPD app. On the 9th, I received another email from DPD stating that my parcel would be delivered on November 10th, which is today. On the 10th, I received another email from them confirming my 1-hour time slot, and I was able to track the delivery with my DPD app. As of this morning, 5 working days after I placed my order, I had no problems.

I really love buying from Lego and building the sets too. Keep up the amazing work that you all do and have a superb day. Thank you for being awesome. Lego always provides superb products, great ideas, and ranges too. The Insiders is also a great incentive too, and there are many money-offs, items to win, etc. that are on there. Lego has absolutely amazing customer service and is always happy to help if needed.
