Hi I'm emailing you on behalf of my car I purchased last September. I'm sorry it has come to this but I've had multiple issues with my vehicle since purchasing it from brand new. First issue driving down the motorway my car just died all electrics gone I had no indicators no hazards to warn drivers and I only just managed to get onto the hard shoulder without causing a major incident! I'm so glad I didn't have my kids with me. Second issue kept going into limp mode. Third issue loss of performance etc limp mode it's been in the garage for about 3 months now with the dps filter had gone no warning! The issue being contaminated fuel. I have all the emails back and forth to tag you in but long story short there saying I'm not covered under warranty and I need to pay £6,500 to fix the problem. I will not be paying this and I'm fully sick of having this added stress. I've lost all faith in the vehicle I'm paying alot of money for a service which I'm not getting and I refuse to pay this bill. If you would like to see all the emails then ill happily tag you in them if I need to start court proceedings then I will do so and I'll be letting the local papers know of how badly I'm being treated if you could get back to me ASAP please that will be much appreciated.

October 2021 - Discovery 4 61 REg 45000 miles only, in addition to many silly faults over the years the vehicles had front suspension arms changed twice, Now the inlet manifold has sprung a leek, how's that possible, it is when Land Rover are using PLASTIC MANIFOLDS, on complaint Land Rover readily wash their responsibility, I am told the vehicle lasted the 3 years warranty period without such faults, WOW...what about the mileage? I asked and Land Rover doesn't want to go down this road. MORE EXPENSE AND TROUBLE THEN THEY ARE WORTH. A motor that's been looked after like this one should last/fare a lot lot better-if only reasonable quality materials/parts had been used in the first plastics. Thanks and no thanks Land Rover. I shall take my custom elsewhere next time and advise others the same-not to waste their money on unreliable plastic....
