It is a fun and exciting place to be, but you have to go all out because you never know what the next day will hold. A high degree of multitasking is necessary.

Regretfully, I had a bad experience working for Epsom & Ewell Borough Council and had to leave because of stress at work and a serious chronic disease. I say I left because I thought I was forced to go. At the time, the head of service and the management team showed a lack of empathy, support, and concern for the welfare of their employees. They did not treat everyone equally and showed favouritism to team members. Problems were brought up on a regular basis, and none of the management team wanted to fix them or make improvements for the workers or clients.
