Regarding the disposal of sharps-containing boxes, I contacted RBC. The woman I spoke with took her time to walk me through the process and assisted with everything. If the phone call didn't take so long to complete, I would rate it five stars.

taking care of me like a MOM would do for her amazing child. amazing genius staff (front and back office workers included), who truly understand people and possess such humanity (it's sad to see people occupying positions these days but not fulfilling them). I have to give a sincere salute to the person(s) behind this intelligent team. As a newcomer, I haven't even provided any service to the Borough. Despite my best efforts, I have encountered bad people who even saw my whereabouts and left me behind. I won't stretch the truth any further; if Reading Borough existed, I would have given it a hundred stars.
