Regarding the council tax, because of the legal aspect of it, no one ever answers the phone. Instead, these employees quietly sip coffee and ignore the phone, answering with summonses and further charges. It makes sense that Halifax is the suicide capital of the world—a little town run by basters.

After I sent an email requesting that the park's grass be mowed because kids play there all the time, it was done in three days. I'm impressed that you completed that so rapidly. Thank you.
