Ideal location for a quick stroll, but watch out for the dogs. Convenient parking lot, with the exception of sporadic benches. Approximately one mile in length on a constructed circular route, highly favoured by dog walkers. Blaby is located just outside the centre.

However, dogs are running everywhere. Uncontrollably, a lab ran up to me and proceeded to fight our Westie, who was following orders. The owner did not appear to be around at this time, but when he did show up, he was on his phone and stated that his dog had just run off. Others at the park want to have fun, I informed him. Shame. I wish councils would forbid dogs from public areas if they are not leashed and kept under control. This park is beautiful by nature. Worth visiting, but be ready for anything...
