Hi

My name is Leena Iam makeing a formal complaint regarding one of your customer service person called Mr Sharef,I called the council this morning spoke to this above person explaining Iam iamcalled I try to explains my situation and everything ,but the above person doesn’t allow me to talk or to

express my concern ,the above named person keep on talking continues and doesn’t allow me to say anything ,he was so rude no kindness Or sympathy to a customer, Iam not saying you need to be sympathetic but at least this time what people are been going through Now need to little bit polite and better talking

I asked him can I speak to someone sensible he said No ,Iam the senior advisor you can’t talk to anyone,

I feel like is that the way he should treat the customer,I don’t know how he sit in that post if you don’t know how to talk to people /customer he is disqualified
