The Arun Council believes that it is beneath them to communicate with the people. I've made multiple calls to their council tax number, but nobody has ever answered. I waited for twenty-five minutes the last time. When you call them, they'll usually respond with the standard "We're experiencing unusually high demand" explanation, but in reality, it just means they're too lazy or don't want to adequately man the phones. CEOs of councils that provide services this bad ought to be sacked without compensation.

I received a really suspicious SMS from an unknown number. claiming to represent the Council. What a dodgy group of gits! mentioning loud music and an odd odour. You attempt to eject a mentally unstable schizophrenic. Check your results. It appears that they have a plan.
