This past July 4, I used Airbnb for the first time to book a place in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. The images seemed decent, and the procedure seemed efficient. Then there was the first warning sign. discovered that the house was genuinely up for sale. Not favourable. The Airbnb advertisement did not mention this. We learned about it by browsing a real estate website and finding the house.

As a host, Airbnb came in handy when a visitor attempted to trick us by claiming there was a stench in the house when there wasn't, and three other guests who were staying in the same place at the time verified this. Initially, they cancelled our 39-night reservation without paying us; however, after learning the truth from us, they sent us the entire refund. was really beneficial.
